Was the juice worth the squeeze?

Okay, so maybe this is common knowledge that I somehow missed out on, but I discovered recently how to cut a lime in order to squeeze the most juice out.  (I told you think should be common sense, right?)

I was always cutting the lime from top to bottom make pretty little wedges to put in my cervesa. It was only the other day, while watching the show Party Down that I realized if you cut the lime the opposite way, you get so much  more juice out with one squeeze. 

Anyway, if you’re like me and didn’t realize this. It could totally change your life. Try cutting your lime wedges so that they look like the photo to the left, it will make a pretty significant and delightful difference.
